Human Rights Aspect of Juvenile Crimes Project

This project was designed with the aim of prevention and reduction of crimes committed within the young society of the country. The project took place in four phases with a practical and scientific solution, and with the cooperation of the Organization for Defending Victims of Violence.

Phase one: Ground roots research and study of juvenile crimes

Phase two: Expertise sittings with psychologists, sociologists and law experts.

Phase three: Educational workshops

Phase four: Compilation of educational booklets, audio and video tapes

The four phases were conducted in the following stages:

1 – Crime behavioural patterns

2 – Review of rebellion and misfit

3 – Review of the characteristics of juvenile criminals on the basis of the types of crimes

4 – Review of the characteristics of the victims of juvenile crimes

5 – Review of the causes of juvenile crimes

6 – How to approach juvenile criminals

7 – Review of crime prevention methods
