The ceremony was held in commemoration of National Youths Day on 27 April 2004. In three lectures and three workshops the subject of youths rights, demands and problems were discussed and studied. The subjects were as follows:

- Review of youths’ individual rights.

- Review of youths’ social rights.

- Review of social, political and cultural rights.

- Review of youths’ individual demands.

- Review of youths’ social damages.

- Review of youths’ psychological-behavioural damages.
